Visits are $525 per hour, $280 per half hour.
We are HSA/FSA eligible. We do not take insurance.
For children/pediatric patients (17 and under): our EMR does not support online scheduling for minors.
To schedule your child: -Request an appointment for yourself and in the notes section write your child's: full name, date of birth, and the best email and cell phone to use for appointment reminders, and their reason for visit. -OR- -You can also text your appointment request to our main office line @(860) 993-3516 with the above information and the times and dates you can make appointments. Follow up appointments for children can easily be scheduled in the office at time of service.
For referrals from another healthcare provider: please work with your patient to log into our online system to arrange appointment scheduling, keeping aware of the requirements for scheduling children above.
